We offer FREE delivery on all UK orders. Shipping charges apply to international orders – see below.

- Europe, USA and rest of world – shipping is weight based and is automatically calculated at checkout.
Orders are shipped via Royal Mail or InPost, depending on the value and weight (and at our discretion).
We ship orders every day from Monday to Friday (except for Public and Bank Holidays etc). Most orders placed before 10am Monday – Friday will be shipped the same day; all other orders will usually be shipped within 2 business days of the order being placed.
Please note: even if you elect to pay extra for 1st class post, this does not guarantee that your order will be processed the same or the next day. Also see the note below regarding Royal Mail delivery times.
Parcel sizes: most orders will fit through a letter box slot, however larger orders like the bundles and shakes and will go via parcel post. All parcels will have tracking information in the UK (via InPost). You can choose to have it delivered at home or in a suitable local locker.
For UK orders, Royal Mail states that 1st class Mail is delivered between 1 and 2 business days and 2nd class Mail (including 2nd class Recorded Delivery) is delivered within 2 – 4 business days (see the Royal Mail website for full details).
Delivery to destinations outside the UK vary from 5 to 10 business days. Please see the Royal Mail website for details. Parcels may also be held up by customs.
If we decide to ship your UK order by courier because of its weight or value, you will receive a notification email and or a text message prior to delivery (if you provided the correct email address and mobile phone number).
Please note: We ship orders as quickly as possible. However, the delivery times mentioned above are NOT guaranteed – they are just approximate times provided by the mail carriers. Once we pass an item to a mail delivery service company, we cannot control delays and delivery times. Whilst we are sorry for any inconvenience caused by delivery delays, we cannot take any responsibility for them – though we will, of course, do everything we can to help you get your order in the quickest possible time.
You will receive two emails after you have placed your order and provided us with a valid email address:
- The first confirms that your order has been received and will contain your receipt; this email should arrive within approximately 24 hours.
- The second confirms that your order has been shipped; this email should arrive within approximately 1 business day following authorisation of your payment and verification of your information.
- If you do not receive our emails, please look in your spam or junk folders.
If your order appears to be late, please remember:
- courier deliveries may only take place on working days (i.e. Monday – Friday, excluding holidays).
- delays to deliveries do occur and these are beyond our control. Please be patient, as usually your item will arrive within a few days of dispatch.
Please note: In some cases, if parcels are not collected within 7 working days, they are usually posted back to us. However, it takes around 30 days for us to receive returned parcels. In these circumstances, a delivery charge of £2.95 will apply to any orders that are required to be re-shipped to you.
Delayed, lost or confiscated mail

The time period before Royal Mail will accept that an item has been lost is 21 business days from the shipping date.
When placing an order with us, please take care to provide your full and correct address. In the event of lost mail due to incorrect address details being provided, we are unable to refund your shipping costs (if applicable). You may be required to pay for a share of the re-stocking fee, which will be 25% of the amount you paid for the item(s) in your order.
For our international customers, it is your responsibility to ensure that you are allowed to import any supplement you wish to purchase from the UK into your own country. If Customs officials in your country return your order to us, either because you did not have permission to import such supplements, or because such supplements are banned in your country, we will refund your order less the shipping costs incurred by us. Please check with your country’s Customs officials to make sure that you are permitted to import any supplement before purchasing. You are responsible for all duties incurred.
Important notice: Customs, in rare instances, may confiscate shipments containing locally prohibited products from entering into their respective countries. In the unlikely event that your shipment is confiscated, we accept no financial responsibility, and therefore will not offer any refunds for your order.
